Lifetime warranty
If the JustinCASE ever fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it. This covers the things that shouldn't happen — a seam, a buckle, a zipper that gives out under normal use.
What it doesn't cover
- Normal wear and cosmetic aging from regular use
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Lost or stolen bags
How to make a claim
