Our website allows customers to browse and purchase JustinCASE LLC products directly from us.

We want customers to be confident purchasing a JustinCASE LLC product.
Eligible purchases are covered by our published return and refund policy, including our 100 Day Guarantee where applicable.

9. Product Warranty
Eligible JustinCASE LLC products are backed by our published 94 1/2 Year Limited Warranty, subject to the warranty's terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
The warranty does not necessarily cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, improper care, normal wear and tear, or uses outside the product's intended purpose.
The complete terms of warranty coverage and the process for submitting a warranty claim are provided in our separate Warranty Policy.
Marketing references to the “94 1/2 Year Warranty” are subject to the complete terms of that written warranty.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, JustinCASE LLC may offer promotions, contests, discounts, bundles, or promotional codes.
Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, product exclusions, or other conditions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel a promotion if it was published in error, provided that customers who have already completed an affected purchase will be treated fairly and notified when necessary.
