The short version: try the JustinCASE for 100 days. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is on us.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery.
• The bag can be used. Genuinely test it. We just ask that it's not damaged beyond normal trial use.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email team@jcbags.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. No forms, no hoops.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. It typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Want a different colorway? Start a return for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange a direct exchange.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect, see our warranty page, where defects are covered for 94.5 years.
