The short version:try the JustinCASE for 100 days. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund. Return shipping is on us.

Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery.
• The bag can be used — genuinely test it. We just ask that it's not damaged beyond normal trial use.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email hello@jcbags.comwith your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. No forms, no hoops.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Want a different colorway? Start a return for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange a direct exchange.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a defect, see our warranty page — defects are covered for life.
